Jobsite throughput, durability, battery runtime, and cleanup minimization
About
Coordinates crews and subs; standardizes cut stations and blade libraries to reduce rework and cleanup across materials.
Core Beliefs
Consistency across crews beats peak spec—every cut has to land on schedule.
Background
On a condo build, a tiny bevel error forced us to remake eight stair treads. That callback erased a day’s profit. I rebuilt our cut station, standardized blades by material, and logged angles. The punch-list shrank. Since then I judge tools by how they prevent do-overs.
Perspective
I favor durable, simple systems with proven cut accuracy under abuse; cross-compatible platforms get preference.
